When your order is ready to collect, usually within 3-5 days for Standard orders, we’ll send you an email and a text message. Check the store finder for opening times.
We’ll hold onto your order for 14 days. If you haven’t collected it within the timeframe, we’ll return the items and refund your money. This will be confirmed via email.
Just bring a copy of your order confirmation.

Return Info
For online purchases, all goods must be returned within 28 days from receiving your items to qualify for a refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that exchanges are available, but you are able to return your unwanted items to store for free, or by post (unfortunately, we don’t offer free postal returns – you’ll have to pay for the postage unless you’re returning faulty or damaged items).
